Winter Weddings
This was an unusually active winter for me. Normally I get the wonderful Christmas bride, with a reception site full of red flowers and bridesmaids looking like winter fairies.
But this year I have had three winter weddings.
A lot of people feel it is too cold, and the weather is rough, but it also can be a time to play with color and ideas.
My New Year’s Eve wedding, had the great idea of keeping the party going through midnight to incorporate New Year’s Eve with their wedding celebration.
The color theme was black with silver and gold mixed in. It was elegant, fun and romantic.
So when you are looking at your calendar for that big date, don;y forget December and January, you will save some money and have a beautiful wedding to remember.
